About me: I am Marshall Adams I. I am the RA on my dorm floor. I am fit and respond well in emergencies. I always have. In high school I worked really hard in school so I could get in to this college. I wasn’t involved in many things in high school but when I got to college that all changed!
I am in 14 different on campus groups and, obviously, an RA. People look up to me and I know I am a leader. Sometimes people react negatively to my leadership style, but from my perspective, that is because they are not respecting me and trying to one up me. I am a very competitive person. Some people think being competitive isn’t good. These people are dumb. I like to win and I like to be right. These are good things so why wouldn’t I strive for greatness? I don’t have time for mediocrity, anymore.
I want everyone on my floor to have fun this year but I am going to draw the line when it needs to be drawn. I already have my eye on a couple of residents who seem to be up to no good. No worries though, I WILL handle them.
I have a couple years left in school and am hoping to win the coveted RA of the year award. Everyone who has won it in the past has gone on to become a Resident Director (boss of the RAs) so wish me luck! Not that I need luck… it’s just an expression.

Are you against cultures that are different than yours sharing the same bathroom? If so, I think the entire floor should have a meeting about this serious issue.
