Cooking some nice curries, selling them to keep that till ringing. Keeping clean.
Music
I play all kinds of music. I like everything. Housey stuff, RnB, rap (can't play these to customers tho so I play these while cleaning, techno, easy listening. And poppy, classical, indie stuff too.
Movies
Don't watch films. But I hear Spice girls the movie, delicatessen, nacho libre, charlie and the chocolate factory, chicken run.... (i'll get back to you on more) are quite good.
Television
I don't own a TV! I work from 7am to 5pm. I then rest and lookafter things such as watch over the fridges to make sure they are behaving and keep an eye on things such as the beans. Maybe one day I may be given a TV. We shall see..
Books
I read all sorts; food ones, instruction manuals, catering catalogues, accounting books.. that sort of thing. Oh and magazines that are bought for me, such as wallpaper, timeout, pc mags and home deco stuff. I get the occasional treat with trashy mags.
Born in 2005, (myspace wouldn't let me be 2 years old) MarshRuby is a little place to come buy and eat curries.
I Prepare and cook fresh at location on the day.
My curries are light and healthy because I cook with only extra virgin olive oil and sea salt which is certified for use in organic food. We use only natural spices. No colouring, additives or curry powder. I use my own ground blend of spice for masala.
I use fresh onion, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh chilli and only the best organic whole plum tomatoes. The vegetables I use are always fresh and prepared and cut by hand. The beans and lentils used are dried not tinned. I buy fresh free range oyster chicken thighs, cut them by hand and buy fresh english legs of lamb for diced lamb which is cut by hand and mince the leg for the keema minced lamb. There is always a chicken, vegetarian, and alternate with Keema Lamb, Diced Lamb and Prawn Curry.
I cook in stainless steel pots and pans.

I do not use microwaves and fresh food will take time, so you may sometimes have to wait, hang in there and we will get to you. We know how precious your lunchtime breaks are, and I work hard to meet your demands.
Who I'd like to meet: People who like to eat curries. I have a little soft spot for vegetarians :)
