Alexander Khilko, known as MARS, is a mix where “musician” is a filling and “dj” is more like a dressing.
Besides his solo project “MARS”, he has worked together with such musicians as Takomo (Finland), Afghan Headspin (Great Britain), The Phat Riderz (France), XimNBass (Spain), and Motive (Russia).
Alexander’s debut as a producer was a track recorded together with rnb singer from New York - «Mars ft. Sola Rey - Touch My Body».
Currently Alexander has signed works with the following labels: Trans:verse Records, Viral Breaks, L3 Records, No Agenda Music, Basic Instinct Music, Vortech records, Bass Reflexions and XSSR Music.
Music creation is a complicated and multi-step process, but a professional as MARS knows exactly what he is doing, and this has brought him much DJ acclaim of such radio stations as:
- iBreaks-radio (Great Britain);
- NSB Radio (Great Britain);
- Vogue FM (Great Britain);
- NuBreaks (USA);
- Virus FM (Russia);
- To Beat Radio (Belarus) and etc.
Also MARS has become a permanent resident of NSB Radio (Great Britain; the best beaks radio per breakspoll 2008), and NuBreaks (USA). Outside of radio DJing, Alexander has already conquered dance floors in the clubs of Spain, Finland, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia of course using all different styles of nuskool and nuerofunk.
Alexander spends a lot of time in his studio as it really is his own “kitchen” where he refines music that is being prepared for the listening audience. As a result, thousands of the breaks-music fans can buy and enjoy real masterpieces from MARS.

At the moment Mars launches his own label in the New World – XSSR Music. The main objective of XSSR Music is distribution and promotion of electronic musicians from the former USSR, as many of them are really noteworthy but stay aside because of lack of opportunity to be released.
