From the ruins of a couple of other projects Mars TV emerge an early morning in the summer of 2006. A sleepless night ended up in a new song and the idea for a new band was born. The whole idea was to make simple electronic pop with catchy melodies. After the debut gig in May 2007 Mars TV made a minor breakthrough and played quite regular for the rest of the year. During 2008 it all kind of slowed down, the band has been pretty busy with other things so both song writing and live performances had to stand back for a while. But now we’re picking up speed again and we’re currently working on some new songs and if everything goes well our first single will be released in the beginning of 2009. So keep your eyes and ears open..
