As a vocalist at a young age, my first voice teacher Rena Monti was a big influence. She pushed me and helped me believe in all types of music. Thanks Rena!!
Music has always been in my blood. My great grandmother was on Vaudeville, my grandmother an opera singer, and my grandfather was the chief engineer at Amercian Studio's recording Elvis and many other great talents. I have been very blessed to have my family support the music. Thanks so much everyone!
Fall is upon us and as we go into this season, I wish you warmth from an abundance of wood for your hearth, healthy food for your table and the colors of love that will brighten the dreariest of days.
May you begin to find financial increase as you approach the ending of this year and a beginning of the next.
Take this kiss upon the brow! And, in parting from you now, Thus much let me avow- You are not wrong, who deem That my days have been a dream; Yet if hope has flown away In a night, or in a day, In a vision, or in none, Is it therefore the less gone? All that we see or seem Is but a dream within a dream.
I stand amid the roar Of a surf-tormented shore, And I hold within my hand Grains of the golden sand- How few! yet how they creep Through my fingers to the deep, While I weep- while I weep! O God! can I not grasp Them with a tighter clasp? O God! can I not save One from the pitiless wave? Is all that we see or seem But a dream within a dream?
