About me:

I have practiced Muay Thai Kickboxing, Kenpo Karate and Choy Li Fut Kung Fu. So far I like Choy Li fut the best. Update: As of 5/25/06 I have just started ground fighting (grappling) these past few months. I'm starting to really enjoy doing it and appreciate watching it more.

As of 10/06 my martial arts supply website is no longer in existence due to low traffic. I will let you know if I decide to put it up again. Thanks for your support!
