Martin A.Egan is a Singer Songwriter who has to date never released an Album but has reached Multi Platinum Status in 1997 and also 2006 writing for Christy Moore, with the Hothouse Flowers, The Black Romantics, Poppy Gonzalez and Hush Collector (ex Mojave 3 piano player) and the Late Woody Sagoo whom he also managed. He was Nominated along with Mary O'Regan of Draoicht for the German Music Award in 1997 for Mary's Solo Album "Every Punch needs the Kiss" for which Martin wrote the Title Track along with 3 other tracks. Had the pleasure of supporting Cathal with the Fatimas a few years back. Took us until the second night to realise the mild mannered, charming, witty and generous guy we'd be talking to in the dressing room was the same person as the seething psychotic singer working his demons out on stage.
... Oh and we used to get drunk in the sunshine in Eldon Square too... happy days.
