Martinez family　バンドは、この時代の現代音楽業界において、めったに見ることの出来ない、2世代にわたって音楽の才能がある、天才、ユニークな家族バンドです。彼ら一人ずつ持っている才能、もっとも才能を発揮できる楽器を持ち、それらを共有することによって、家族であり、同じ音楽家の仲間でもあり、音楽才能全て発揮させる事が出来る、バンドです。チリ出身である、Martinez　ギタートリオ（父ビクター、長男アンドロ、次男ダウノ）の成功により、三男フェニックス、四男バネロを加えた、家族バンドが誕生しました。そして、モダンジャズを組み合わせる音楽を作り上げ、更に、ギタートリオの技術、伝統的なスタイルを壊し、更なる発展（息子）として、Darryl Beaton、Kevin Mendoza が、この中に加わった。音楽の境界を、更に未知数へと、運ぶ事が出来る。彼らが演奏し、音楽を作り上げるたびに、各世代の誰しもが、音楽界の限界を超えていく実感を覚える。
