I write solo at the moment, I would dearly love to have a vocalist but each time im approached by one I end up with a headache and feel I would be better off using my own voice, so all the vocals you hear in my songs are me (yes even the extremly high parts, I have a pretty large vocal range, but hitting those high notes can sometimes hurt down below :P ). I use a varied set of tools for my work, however at the moment I concentrate on using Fruity Loops Studio (serious value for money), however I've also been known to use tools such as Cubase, Live, Reason and a whole bunch of other toys too.
Started life as a musician on the Commodore Amiga demo scene at the tender age of 13 using old school programs like noise tracker and protracker, since leaving the Amiga scene he has travelled around the world and seen some stuff, not stuff like you get in the bottom of your pockets after washing washing but REALLY cool stuff.
Two years ago a record label approached him with an offer to write three albums of chill out music, he accepted and the rest is history. Now trying to break into the commercial dance scene and the computer game industry, many challenges lie ahead for this monstrously smelly fool. But challenges are there to be overcome, just like the smell he makes.....

The lovely people at THE REMIX ALL NIGHTER have given us two tickets to give away to our dedicated readers!
Since launching The Remix, Xfm’s legendary (and Sony Award nominated) crossover radio show/club night six years ago, Eddy Temple-Morris has become the undisputed champion not just of genre-hopping but of genre-breeding, slipping enough pills into dance music’s pint until it finds itself curled up in the corner of the room with rock’s dangly bits in its mouth. The show is now the biggest specialist show on Xfm and the only one that is mainlined into XFMs national broadcasting network. That’s why artists from Kasabian to Liam Howlett rate his presenting skills, his DJing skills and his hat-wearing skills above all others.
The first Remix All-Nighter will spread over two rooms at the fantastic seOne venue underneath the vaulted arches of London Bridge. Befitting the status of The Remix as one of the most eclectic and influential shows on air and as one of the most successful and longest running club nights in London, the line up as you would expect is world class. All of this for an entrance price of only £8 in advance from www.ticketweb.co.uk. The whole evening will be recorded and packed full of interviews sound bites and highlights of all the artists sets to be broadcast on XFM as A Remix Special later in the year. Champion!
So, do you fancy a couple of tickets to this?
Answer this question: what is the name of Eddy Temple-Morris' show on XFM?
Send your answer to calumb@eq-mag.co.uk before midnight on Thursday to be in with a chance of winning!
