Actually, there is a lot going on right now. But I won't put it in this comment. Too personal.
It is good to hear from you! Will talk soon. Stay safe!

David,

Youth service was amazing Sunday. It really opened up my eyes and gave me a whole new view on EVERYTHING! I really enjoy the group we have going on, and I would like to see it continue to grow with more youth coming every Sunday. Wade's story was probably one of the most touching things I have ever heard. And your's was the one that really got to me. Thank you for being able to talk to youth at our own level (:

God Bless

”The gift of listening: Try giving this to someone in need. And you must really listen. No interrupting, no daydreaming, no planning your responses. Just listen.

The gift of signs of affection: Be generous with your hugs, kisses and gentle squeezes of the hand. Let these tiny actions demonstrate the love inside of you.

The gift of a note: It can be as simple as "I Love You" or as creative as a sonnet. Put your notes where they will surprise your loved one.

The gift of laughter: Just cut out a cartoon, save a clever article. Your gift will say, "I love to laugh with you."

The gift of compliment: A simple "You look good in blue" or "Good supper" can be of greatest value to those who may feel they are being taken for granted.

The gift of a favor: Help with the dishes, run an errand, etc..... do it willingly.

The gift of leaving alone: There are times in our lives when we want nothing better than to be left alone. Become more sensitive to those times and give solitude.

The gift of a cheerful disposition: Try to be cheerful around those you love.

The gift of a game: Offer to play your loved one's favorite game. Even if you lose, you'll be a winner.

The gift of prayer: Pray for your loved ones and let them know you pray for them.

God Bless Ya
Dave

The wedding was so much fun. It was great to just be around people I love all day. Honeymoon was awesome. Doug is back to the daily grind and I'm bumming this summer. I had a dream about you and Trai and he carried on a whole conversation with me last night. It was about baby stuff but he had a really low voice. How funny! Anyway, hope to see you soon. Thanks for everything you did to make our day awesome.

Just wanted to say HELLO from the big town of Toledo!

It is Shaun's 1st Prom this weekend!! Can't believe he will be a Senior next year! (*biting nails & wiping tears*) He is going with "The Boys"! LOL! Then to the After Prom held @ The Christian Church here in town. I love that they have that now. Keeps me from having to worry so much ... and I seem to be getting very good @ it now with Erica in Carbondale, Shaun turning so quickly into a "man" and Leah just turning 13 earlier this month. Sometimes I wonder how I am still sane ... or am I? LOL!

How is Trai? From the pics looks to be doing quite well! Adorable! And the rest of the family? Hope all is well with them too, of course!

Time for me to get out of here and finish the work that I started yesterday in my office window after a quick trip to Wal-Mart - then I get to go poly the boards that I have stained at the house we are remodeling! Fun fun fun! Hate the smell ... even with the windows open!

Tell Lori HELLO and have a safe & wonderful weekend!!!

A friend is a person
Who looks deep inside
Accepts who we are
With arms opened wide.

A friend is a person
With whom we can share
Our thoughts and our dreams
And even despair.

A friend is a person
Whose heart shows us love
A friend is a person
From God up above.

A fiend is a person
Where trust is the key
I thank you for being
A good friend to me.

Have a blessed Easter!

Praise the Lord - with a Mighty SHOUT of Triumph!!!

(((Hallelujah)))

Isaiah 53:3-5 (AMP)

3) He was despised and rejected and forsaken by men, a Man of sorrows and pains, and acquainted with grief and sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any esteem for Him.

4) Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy].

5) But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.

He paid the Price for us - so we can walk in Victory - Hallelujah!!!

I love the Amplifieds expansion on Verse 5:

"...the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, ..."

Glory to God - He was motivated to be Crucified - with a NEED to OBTAIN our Peace!!!

Luke 24:36 (AMP)

36)...Jesus Himself took His stand among them and said to them, Peace (freedom from all the distresses that are experienced as the result of sin) be to you!

Thank you Jesus!!!

...thank you for Everything!!!
May you experience His Peace in Your heart..God bless you Marty.
HAVE A VERY BLESSED RESURRECTION DAY!
Love in Christ Georgia:)
