consigue aqui tu disco de marujita!
Marujita first appearance was at the Apolo in October of 2007. If you were to classify their music, it could be categorized as progressive flamenco rock with a touch of the moaning dobro , sweet calls of the mandolin. Marujita is a passion of six people who want to share their musical and artistic passion to those with an open mind and ear. This project was born two years ago in a little town called Molins de Rei, located outside of Barcelona. Born out of no other ambition than just playing music for friends, family and for anyone willing to listen. Things changed during spring of 2007 when Josep Vilagut and Roger Menduiña decided to give the band a chance of going further and began incorporating other ideas in the mix. Rafael Segre working as their producer for a period of 5 months began recording they’re first demo during august 07. Their first album, called "Tientos de Araña" is predicted to make it's way on to the scene in May of 2009.
