About me: We all dance to a mysterious tune, intoned in the distance by an invisible piper. Updated as of 6/23/'09 Hello. I'm Marvin J. Batech. If it bothers you, I'm 15. So far life's a roller coaster. I don't know exactly how to ride it but expect the majority of things I say in here and real-life to be half-finished cliches and metaphors. I don't know exactly who is who nowadays but I believe everyone has their own form of expression. When it comes out, you'll be able to tell. I don't know what I want out of life, but I'll know when I get there. If it ends before then, then death is what I wanted. Love so far for me isn't too big but it'll say hello every now and then, but I can't always tell. Some of the best people on this planet are the rarest people you'll ever meet and some you overlook because of one stupid fight you had. When it comes to grudges, I can't hold any. When it comes to fighting and non-self defense, I'm extremely pacifistic. My outlook or philosophy of life is Absurdism. If you want a dictionary definition, here ya go. "Absurdism is a philosophy stating that the efforts of humanity to find meaning in the universe ultimately fail (and, hence, are absurd) because no such meaning exists, at least in relation to humanity. ." If I don't like you, it's probably that I don't like you because you're either stuckup, uptight, or can't take a damn racist joke. Stop getting all pissy. I will however point out my obvious negative things. I tend to require attention, become lazy, and can be disrespectful and rude. I try not to but I'm not better then everybody else. I'm one of a kind, I'll promise you that. I'm a political independent, and yes, I am a communist. Sue me. I'm still learning and I've got plenty to go. I'm pro-marijuana, pro-abortion, pro-death sentence, and pro-pornography. Anti-Scientology, anti-bush, and anti-Satanism. Some of my favorite things of all-time...Coca-Cola, Computers, Games, Music, and Traveling. Play a song for me and in the jingle-jangle morning I'll come following you. Thanks for reading. Comment now and let's socialize my friend.
-Marvin Joesph Batech
To be fixed.
You know what? ..I have no clue, but am glad that I did! Also, I was just about to ask you the same thing! I'm not even sure how like 90% of my 'friends' even got on my Friends List! Perhaps we just got caught up in the hype back in the days of impressionable youthdom (because we're obviously both wise, aged sages now). ;D
No, no, you didn't reply late at all; I was thinking I did (not that there's like some sort of time limit or anything for these things, lol). Anyhow, I just added you there, sir! Well..It was either you or someone who looked just like you and had the the exact same name. ;] Yupp..Myspace is definitely, definitely dying out..I still blame the Myspace whores. =]
Do you have Facebook, Marv? Because I've been slacking off on Myspace, if there is such a thing, lol. And I don't usually add strangers (quote-en-quote) on Facebook..But..We've had some pretty legit convo's. -Not to mention the fact that you're not a Myspace 'whore,' a lecherous pervert, or a dense/shallow lame. =]
That was very eloquently said! When (if ever) do you believe the tables will turn, racially? And do you think there will ever come the day when racial discrimination comes, at least in general, to an end? What did you think about the Into the Wild movie? Have you read the book before? ..And..Why don't you like horror movies?
Well, his logic would be that non-white people can be prejudiced against white people, and even discriminate against them. They have not, however, been the oppressors of white people in a historical context (at least for the past x amount of centuries), and thus, because the 'oppression' part of the 'racism equation' is missing, there really is no racism against whites..Which I've been pondering over for the last couple of days. Do you think it's worth it to watch movies online at all? Or do you only think that horror movies aren't worth it?
Oh dear, thank you for the warning; I was *just* about to do that, lol. That sounds rather enticing..Do they offer veggie burgers too? Also, this may seem kind of left-field, but.. 'A friend' of mine implied that racism against white people doesn't really exist. What are your thoughts on this?
Hmm..Sounds very, very interesting! The trailer doesn't look too shabby either. Sadly, I doubt I can get anyone 'worthy' (sike =]) to see this with me though; none of my friends, for some reason, seem too keen on horror films. ~Random question of the day: What's your favorite fast food joint?
Oh gosh, I am so out of touch. What's Paranormal Activity about? Is it a horror movie, documentary, or hormentary? =] Yeah, big-budget films are often overrated.
Lol..You bad, bad thing, you..I can see that you're one of those uber-health-conscious people. No seriously though; from bowling to Burger King to Youtube..You are a baller!! (Yes, that is sarcasm; no, not in a mean way..at least not intentionally, sir). ;) I'd like "Bizarre Foods" more if it weren't for that Zimmern guy; for some reason, his tone of voice & general little nuances just offend me, as if he's being constantly racially insensitive & just a general jackass. Have you watched "No Reservations" before? Because Anthony Bourdain is the type of jackass I like love. Yeah, well, in hindsight, the movie was better than I'd initially described to you. Just that my friends hated it so much that their opinions started overlapping with my own..Scary stuff, no? ..I, however, still do maintain that it could've been *better.*
What do you watch on Food Network? I love Alton Brown, Iron Chef, & occasionally watch Giada. ..Well, my friends & I got to the theatre half an hour late, so we decided to watch The Invention of Lying instead, which was interesting, to say the least. I felt like it was a good idea & had its moments, but ended up dragging on for too long with no real climax, & could've been executed better. -Had an excellent cast though. And then we spent a hella lot of time wandering around an Amish market. So what have you been up to as of late?
What do you mean by 'so many shows just don't show anymore?' Do you mean that newer ones are lacking in something, or that you're just more into ones that have already 'ended?' Oh, and by the way, you Ellen Page fan, you..I'm probably going to go see Whip It with a friend this upcoming weekend.
Haha, you mean like using 'homeskillet' & what not? ..How exciting! Let me know how Capitalism is.. Are you big on watching TV, or do you prefer the big screen?
