His leadership and experience is exemplified through visionary sales changes and developing sales systems to create staggering profit margins, while working in Florida.
As a previous CEO of EPICUS, an Orlando phone company, he implemented a sales effort that increased monthly revenues by 386% and created a constructive work environment that developed loyal customers. While serving as the Northeast Florida Sales Director for MCI, he increased sales 962% within the first three months. As the Director of Sales for Lightyear, a long-distance telecommunications company, he led the Florida market to become number 1 of its kind in the nation within his first 6 months of employment.
Marvin was nominated to Who’s Who of America as a sales trainer and motivational speaker. He is also the author of three books:

Marvin is originally from Panama City, FL and is a proud graduate of Florida State University. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Donna, has 4 sons, and now resides in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
Currently Marvin is the President of Tiger Quest, a training and consulting company that specializes in helping salespeople become successful. Marvin has a vision and a passion for helping salespeople and businessmen create positive change towards a successful future.
