Third time's the charm. Marvins Revolt strickes a perfect bulls eye. /Soundvenue (DK)
The underground reaches new heights. /Ekstra Bladet (DK)
Marvins Revolt gives us songs to dance to, to sing along to, to think about life to and to make us happy - its pure great music that reveals new fun elements day by day. /Oneinabillion (DE)
"Patrolling The Heights" is in fact a rock album in the best sense: dense and powerful sound with the right mix of melody and a bit of a noisy approach... ...Modern, innovative and highly frictional rock. As simple as it can sometimes be. /Life Sounds Real (DE)
The highlights nearly stumble on top of each other... /Metroxpress (DK)
Pretentious, but not pompous; intelligent, yet intense; pop, yet progressive. In fact, this is the kind of band all those Mew apologists should be digging... ...All you people should be digging this band, the indie rockers, the math rockers, the emos, the post-hardcore crowd. /Lowcut (DK)
Clear, sharp and well-defined. /Berlingske Tidende (DK)
Whether it’s the mbaqanga-meets-DC flutter og ‘Deliberate Deeds’, ‘All Who Float Have Not Sunk In’…s art-rock terrace chant or the stunning harmonic flourishes of ‘Times Will Change’, you’ll be discovering fresh shards of beauty listen upon listen. 9/10 /Rock Sound Magazine (UK)
‘Times Will Change’ raises the bar some more, making Marvins Revolt not just an amazing Scandinavian pop band, but one of the best bands of the year. /Die Shellsuit, Die! (UK)
With that in mind then I apologise to any band / manager / pr guy that has sent me a record in the last couple of weeks because since it arrived Killec has been a constant soundtrack to my life… A superb statement of intent then and one that marks out the Richter Collective as one of the finest musical outlets operating in 2008. /Maps Magazine (UK)
Each track is a joyous, powerful romp full of melodies that will make you smile but all the while keeping the cheese out of the way and piling on nice inventive song structures and parts. /The Sonic Minefield (UK)
Dug this one out of the stacks not too long ago and surprised myself with how good it is. A mad display of skills, but always with a smiley disposition. In other words: serious fun. /It's a trap! (US)
Killec is an intense rollercoaster ride, crooked metres rubbing shoulders with edgy riffs and surprisingly lyrical melodies.
/Gaffa (DK)
You won't get bored. It might be because the frequent pitch changes mess with your inner rhythm box.
/Soundvenue (DK)
We are Marvins Revolt of Copenhagen, Denmark. We make angular and catchy tunes. Hard hitting rhythms combined with joyful and romantic melodies creates an ever changing, but always meaningful musical landscape.
The songs appear as intense, challenging and melodic structures, with disregard for songwriting rules.
Patrolling the Heights was released on Nov 2nd in Europe and we're currently touring Europe in support of this album. We hope to meet you somewhere along the road.
Patrolling the Heights is the follow-up to Killec from 2007, which had us experience more than we could dream of. Patrolling the Heights will be released in Japan in December.

I just hope you loved your stay here in Portugal too, you're always welcome!
I'm still in awe from last night's show... it was by far the best rock concert I've seen in the last few years! Please, DO come back as soon as possible!
PS: I never thought you could top your first album, but guess what... somehow you've managed to come up with another 9 larger-than-life-anthems, I don't know how you do it but please keep doing it! :D
