Hello to you! I'm Benji. .. I'm also Marwood. That is to say that I sing, write, make records and perform under the name Marwood. It's a long story as to why, but that's where it's at for now!.. .. If I'm not playing shows I ought to be, and if I'm not writing songs I'd better get back to it, as that's what puts a big ol' smile on my face! I used to play thousands of shows all over the world but I am taking a short break as I started a new music company called ..Pledge Music.. which is a new way for Artists to fund their albums and tours etc whilst also raising money for charity and keeping their rights. .. .... My seventh musical release "Another Last Goodbye" was made with the help of ..Pledge Music.. and will be available for purchase through Music Glue on this site Oct 19th. The other six are available in various forms all over the place: .."Another Day Gone".. (which is under the name .."Ben Rogers Band".. and is from way back in the day) .."Regular Fips".. (Currently sold out in CD but is available in digital) .."The Blue E.P.".. .."One Mile Down The Road".. .."Marwood Live At Rockwood 2006-2007".. .."A Few More Days".... .. What else? I like to read, and I have no favorite color (or colour) and my goal is to spend less time on the phone and more time at the piano. There is more music on my iPod that I can ever listen to, though I still prefer the vinyl! And the only sport I like is Hockey, and I like the Rangers (New York not Glasgow) even if it breaks my heart sometimes!.. .. Thanks for reading and for listening... .. Cheers to you in 2009! Hello to you! I'm Benji.
