Oh, Mary, My Love, Dixie and I just got back from our short vacation to New Orleans, the so called 'Big Easy.' Well, it wasn't easy at all. All that talk about Louisiana Hospitality is just talk. All hype. We had to walk to the French Quarter, all ready for some crawfish, gumbo, and red beans 'n rice, with a hurricane to wash it down with. What did we get? Bubkiss. No one there to serve. Those world famous bars were closed early, we couldn't find a decent meal, and the police were rude - they told us to 'get the hell out.' Never again. We're not going back.
