Pocahontas County	Oct 6 2009 9:31 PM Pocahontas County is playing at the Turf Club in St. Paul on Sunday October 18th. We will be doing 2 full sets followed by a pop band featuring some friends of ours. Music starts at 9pm. We hope you can attend! Be well, stay warm, PC

Pocahontas County	May 27 2009 4:53 PM We are reuniting, for good!!!! It all kicks off with the first ever Hamline Midway Fest in the absolutely beautiful Newell Park in the north end of the Hamline Midway neighborhood. (right where Fairview Ave. ends at the Pierce Butler Route) The festival starts at 11 am and Pocahontas County goes on at 6:30 pm on the mainstage. We will also be playing the Festival After Party which is being held at Half Time Rec. over on Front Street in St. Paul. The After Party costs $5, starts at 8pm and PC plays at 11pm. We are beyond excited to be returning to the stage together and hope to see as many of you out there as possible! Be well, be kind, and enjoy the spring!!! Pocahontas County

Rarely discussing his atheism in youth for fear of the typical annoying attempts to "save" his soul, and gradually finding like-minded individuals and information, but finding most material on the subject too academic and a bit dull. In his second full stage show, Jaime Carrera addresses several hypocrisies of the church, from the convenience of god's forgiveness in confession, to love thy neighbor though god hates fags, equating atheists with satanists (who worship another imaginary entity), and the ever-popular "fear of god". Mixing humour and performance to create a pop art version of blasphemous fun!
