The voice of vocalist Mary Jenson has been described as “warm and comforting”, “sassy”, and” West-coast cool”. Running the gamut from traditonal jazz to funk-bop drama Mary sings what she feels like singing, blending genres and styles to make her own statement. Releasing her first CD Close Your Eyes, in March of 2009, Mary collected a stack of positive reviews, performed in a series of concerts and ended 2009 with the desire to make even more music.
Currently working on her second CD, Mary moves towards a groove jazz feel and is sure to thrill your senses in her next release. Look for it in 2010!!!
