It's been a busy few weeks for me. I've had the great pleasure of recording at Steve Winwood's studio. Such a beautiful space to work in and a wonderful team of people around me. It really was wicked fun! So far I have recorded 4 tracks which will be up on my site soon. Keep an eye out for new pics and a whole new look to the site too. We're heading back to the studio in September all being well.
Aside from the recording I am working on new material which has been a really important period for me alongside co-writing for a new film due for release next year. I'll keep you posted on this!
Finally keep an eye out for more news on the 2009 film release 'Heartless' starring Jim Sturgess and directed by Philip Ridley. I feature on 4 songs within the film and also on the soundtrack. The film should be out in October and I for one think it's going to be pretty spectacular. See you soon, Mary x
