Thanos (Drums) and Elias (Guitar,Vox) ,long time friends, have formed the band called Mary's Flower Superhead early on 2002.The band has been a power trio group from the begining, but all started to sound right late on 2003.That's when Thanos and Elias met Nick (Bass) and the band started to gain it's soul. There were some old songs banging on Thanos's and Elias’s mind and some new ideas... this is how their first s/t album was recorded at the polytropon records studio.MFS played several gigs in Greece, mainly in Thessaloniki and Athens. Their live performances are full of energy, guitars,smashing bass lines and groovy drum beats, justifying their characterization of a power trio group.Having played with great bands such as
Placebo, Madrugada,Six By Seven, Erase Errata, Starmarket
and headlined for local festivals,nowdays MFS are recording new matterial and a full LP will be their second movement in dischography,after the release of the tokyo cd single in late may. Moreover, MFS keep on touring around Greece and are looking for the chance for a tour around Europe.
