MySpace a place for friends

Masochist firstly formed in the mid of 2002 by "Wiratchai" on Vocal, "Nutt" on Guitar and "Sunyalux"[Lacerate] on Drums, at that time they just played cover songs. Year 2003 nothing happened, until the mid of 2004 Wiratchai & Sunyalux decided to kick fucking ass Nutt out of the band, and Sunyalux immediately invited "Ekkachai"[A Good Day For Killing] & "Pattiwat"[ex-Shambles] to join the band as High Screamer and Guitarist in order. After joining of them Masochist tuned to more Ultra Grindcore, and started to concentrate on composing their own songs. In Nov 2004 Bassist named "Touch" was recruited to the band. The line-up was first time complete.

On 9th Feb 2005 they performed as a supported band for Czechgrinders "Ingrowing" in Bankok, Thailand. Then Touch left the band because of the difference of musical style. Two weeks after the show all remaining members entered the local studio to recording their first promo called Kill for Orgasm which contained 2 of their own songs and one Impetigo’s cult cover "Boneyard". This promo was only limited to 69 copies and it was spread to their close friends and some underground scenes, so it was sold out very quickly.

In March 2005 by asking of Sunyalux and Ekkachai, Norathep[A GOOD DAY FOR KILLING] joined the band to replace Touch on Bass position. On 11th June 2005, Masochist played in a pure Brutal/Grind gig called Bang-Cock - The Fatal Cranial Butchery 2005 along with Thai Brutal/Grind bands and Singaporean Legendary Brutal Death band Vrykolakas, and they got the good support from the crowd.

On 12th Nov 2005 they had a great chance to share the stage with Japanese Legendary Black/Thrash Gods Abigail, and also the Siamese ChristBeheaders Surrender of Divinity, including Mantak[Malay], Istidraj[Sin] and AGDFK[Tha] in a gig called 'God Beheading Live Ritual 2005'.

In Dec 2005, they unleashed the split with Grindfathers from Singapore WTN. This split was called as Two Perversities - An Abusive Alliance of Sadist's Extreme Elite, consisted of all songs from Masochist's Kill for Orgasm promo and 3 songs from WTN(one from R.I.P. album and 2 unreleased tracks).

About July 2006, Norathep left the band due to his personal reason, but his position was shortly replaced by "Pattarawut". Few weeks after that they flew to Singapore to play for 2 gigs there. And this trip made the name of Masochist heavily knocked the skulls of Singaporean/Malaysian metallers.

Currently they just finished composing all songs for upcoming untitled Sick way split CD which will consist of 6 grinding bands from various countries. As for the list of bands, it will be announced again later due to the previous list might be changed. Anyway they're going to enter the studio for recording processes in a few weeks. And you can only expect the pain!!!!
