About me:
I host an all-genre radio show on WCVF-FM, Fredonia, NY called "General Eclectic". I play all sorts of music, and am especially friendly toward indie artists, small labels, self-released discs. I'll even play demos on the air. Unfortunately, we're not on the net, but my playlists are posted on FOLKDJ-L, Etnobeat, Globe-L, blues-dj, Music Forte, jazzproglist, and the Indie Guitarists lists. I invite any musicians and singers on this site to send material for possibly airplay. The question seems to come up too often - will I charge you a fee to play your records? By no means. I do this program as an unpaid volunteer, as a service to up-and-coming (and sometimes established) artists. I don't expect anything from you (aside from the promo copy of your CD) in return.
