About me: For the most part, I'm a pretty laid back kind of guy I guess. I put faith and family first. I've always been very driven and motivated to always do my best, and have always set my goals high. Those that know me best would probably tell you that I am too much of a perfectionist and that I also tend to procrastinate...both are true!
Things I enjoy would include living life to the fullest, good music, great food, cooking, laughing, making other laugh, traveling, sports, being healthy and helping keep others healthy. I am a chiropractor, and it is something I love doing. I opened up my practice in Franklin, Tennessee, July 2005. You can check us out on the web at: www.MasonChiro.net. We offer chiropractic adjustments, nutritional assessments and products, DTS Spinal Decompression, Kinesiotape, Massage Therapy (Board Certified LMT's), Muscle Rehab and more. Being able to help others naturally is a very cool thing.
I recently have become a Board Certified Sports Chiropractor and look forward to getting invloved with local athletes and teams. All ages are seen in my office. Conditions like headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, etc. are common things that respond great to chiropractic care. Wellness Care is on the rise, as many people are beginning to understand how important it is to stay well adjusted even when they don't experience pain and symptoms (especially in-season athletes, who can benefit from weekly "tune-ups").
I have one brother, Matt Mason, who recently has become a proud papa...which means I am an uncle! Isabella Mae is beautiful! Matt and Katie should be proud. Matt is a great country music singer/songwriter, who I believe is destined to become a big deal some day soon. He can often be heard playing downtown on Boardway. You can check him out at: www.Myspace.com/MattMasonMusic.
What else? Uh, I don't do fast foods; I do organic whenever possible (Love Whole Foods!); can't stand cigerrete smoke; have a weakness for cake and cookies; I take Juice Plus+ and omega-3 fish oil; I love the outdoors, hunting and fishing; can't spell worth a lick (hope this thing has spell check!) don't consider myself to be "metro", but do like sharp clothes. Something random? Growing up, I was all about baseball cards. I think I may have every card made from 1987-1993 (plus a bunch of older "rookie cards"...yeah, I'm a dork!) Oh yeah, I almost forgot...GO HOOSIERS!!
yea i saw that yesterday. will is getting married in october, so i have to figure out what day it is and hopefully we can go. maybe i will tell will to reconsider the date of his wedding
Yep, so true about past injuries, weather and pain.
Don't know if you know this, but I was in a very bad car accident 3 years ago. Praise God that I walked away from it, nearly uninjured (when the paramedics arrived they couldn't believe I could even respond) - but, I did jack-up my knee pretty bad. (must have hit the dash really hard). Now, when it's going to rain, it gets inflammed and sometimes hurts real bad.
Anyway - hope you're well! Has Ella started school yet??? LOL! I've been trying to get ahold of your brother to see her, but no such luck. She is absolutely beautiful. Y'all are so blessed.

thanks for your care, David. i'm seem to be doing a bit better again. NYE was TORTURE, tho. later that day, i got extremely sick (like the flu) and had the WORST back pain of my LIFE. i rang in the New Year alone, on my knees praying to God to feel better. i do think it was a mild concussion, and i suppose these are all side-effects. hopefully it will heal soon. so, here's to 2008! and i certainly wish the best for you and your family.
