Active in the North Carolina music scene since 1999, the Mason Lovette Band started out as a group of college students from Appalachian State University. Matt, the lead singer, and Michael, the lead guitarist, met during a music class where they discovered they shared a love of southern rock and country music, leading to the birth of the Mason Lovette Band.
During college, MLB played at local venues, bars, parties and festivals throughout North and South Carolina, earning the reputation as a spectacular party band with colleges all across the state. After college the band regrouped, acquiring several new members, and has continued staying busy across North Carolina.
Currently on rotations at venues and clubs in Tennessee and North Carolina, the Mason Lovette Band continues to polish and renew its invigorating sound. Now a six-piece band, MLB provides a wider range and dynamic of music that has created lasting impressions during each of their shows.
With every set filled with high energy, hard driving country, rock and blues, a Mason Lovette Band show appeals to audiences from eighteen years old to eighty. The wide variety of song selections leaves the audience begging for more and deeply satisfied. Ready to party? Then a Mason Lovette Band show guarantees a rocking good time that you will never forget!
