You have reached the Command and Control Center for the Bend Master Assassin Club.
This is an open call to all wanna-be super-sleuths, master-spies, evil-assassins, and dangerous villains of every ilk. Have you always known in your dark secretive little heart that you have what it takes to live a double life? To hunt down another human being with ruthless precision and cunning, and leave them soaked with nasty tap water and humiliated? Now you finally have your chance to prove it.
Round 1 begins at 12:01 am Friday April 25th
The Game:
After you register with the BMAC you will be given a dossier on another BMAC member who will become your "mark". Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to locate, stalk, and then "eliminate" your target via a blast from a water pistol. Survivors of Round 1 move on to compete in Round 2. The number of total rounds will be based on the total number of participants. Rounds will continue until we crown bend's first "MASTER ASSASSIN" !!
The Rules:
#1 - This is a game involving WATER PISTOLS and CUNNING. NOT REAL GUNS AND STUPIDITY!
#2 - You must keep your involvement with the BMAC a SECRET! That means, DON'T Friend this profile, as that will help people uncover your identity and eliminate you!
#3 - You may not: Break into your Mark's home; Drug them; Kidnap their friends or any other such nonsense or illegal behavior. This a reiteration of rule #1.
#4 - You may "assassinate" someone who is not your Mark if you uncover their identity as a BMAC assassin. However, you cannot advance to the next round until you (or someone else) eliminates your mark. Yes, this means that you don't have to actually kill your mark yourself! If you can find a way to uncover and reveal the identity of your mark to other assassins someone might do the job for you!
#5 - Successful assassinations must be reported in a timely manner, Obviously this requires a bit of the old "honor-system" in that people will have to judge for themselves "who shot who first" etc. Any disagreements will be arbitrated by Central Command, and all decisions are final.
#6 - Upon registration you must provide: your official BMAC cover identity (A cool name you want to be known by); Your real name and way for us to contact you; The names of a few public places in bend you frequent, and a fairly accurate description of your physical appearance. This information will be placed in your "dossier" and used by a fellow BMAC assassin to try to track you down during the game. We do not want: your home address or phone number or any other such personal information. Remember: any information you provide can be used to track and eliminate you, but if you provide too little the game won't be any fun! If any participants are found to have provided purposefully misleading information to command and control they will be instantly and shamefully disqualified. Known Locales: Townshend's Tea Shop, Rigoberto's on 3rd, Drake Park.
Etc. Etc.
#7 - After Round 1 begins feel free to change your appearance, stop talking to your friends, move out of the country... anything goes! (accept for the stuff under rule #1 and #3)
#8 - Once the havoc begins after midnight thursday the 24th, check back with command and control frequently for intelligence updates, eliminated agent lists, and the daily hotspots (locales believe by command and control to be active grounds for espionage).
- Have FUN! Go buy a water pistol. Dossier's will be handed out 2 days prior to the beginning of round 1 (April 23). The last man (or woman... or combination thereof) standing will receive a customized, high-powered, BMAC-engineered, Master Assassin Water Pistol. This item will surely make you the envy of agents, double-agents, and triple-agents the world over!
