My collection ranges from the Beethooven to the Backstreet Boys (yes, I really did just say that), which is to say that I like pretty much everything. However, since I rarely listen to the radio anymore . . .I'm lacking on NEW music suggestions . . .pass them along if you have any!!
Truth is, the only thing I Don't really like is Hip Hop and Rap, thought I can even listen to some of that if it's necessary.
My current Profile Song is SF Theme Extended Remix by James McKeever. Big Fantastic Rules. Sorority Forever Rules. James McKeever's Music Rules. . . that's all I have to say about it.
Movies
I like far too many movies. However, All Time Favorites include "The Princess Bride", "Braveheart", and Monty Python's "Holy Grail".
Television
I don't watch a lot of TV these days, but when I do it's the Food Network (Good Eats is the best) or Jeopardy.
Books
I own well over 1,000 so lets just say "Lots". Mostly Sci Fi and Fantasy, with an emphasis on TWoT by Robert Jordan, Drizzt Do-Urden books by R.A. Salvatore, and any other Forgotten Realms book, not to mention the Harry Potter series.
Also, in the way of authors, I like Terry Goodkind (Wizards First Rule series), David Eddings (Belgariad & Mallorien are his best), and Neal Stephanson (Snow Crash was awesome, Baroque Cycle not bad).
I just read this for the first time in about a year and a half . . . it is SUPER outdated . . . :)
First off, I guess I can't consider myself a "Recent" graduate of UC Davis anymore . . . I graduated from there in 2005. It was a wicked cool time at a great school, and I miss it a lot. I should go back to school, but I enjoy having $$ too much (and lets face it, any amount I earn is more than what I got in college!).
Speaking of $$$: you might remember that I WAS Project Engineer for a Drilling and Shoring contractor, where I didn't do much Engineering, but I DID get to work on some Nang World Class Projects. I built Holes in the Ground and kept Mountains from Moving in places like San Francisco, Montana, Utah, and Colorado. I've gotten to work on Hospitals, Bridges, Large Buildings, Football Stadiums, Airports, the Sides of Mountains at 7800', and MORE!
Now, however, I lead the simple life of a CalTrans inspector . . . OK, I lied, it's not so simple . . . .and it's STILL engineering Project Management ... . I'll tell you more about my projects when they're finished! So far I have remodeled the Local Maintenence Shop, and installed various signs around the bay area (big ones, not little ones!)
Aside from work, I also am an active volunteer for AFS, an international exchange program. I spend lots of my free time working with High School Aged exchange students from all over the world. I myself was an exchange student to Valencia, Venezuela in 1996-1997. Working with AFS is one of the most fun things I can think of doing, and I look forward to doing it year after year.
Who I'd like to meet: A lot of my old friends from back in the day. Any AFS Student (current of former). Anyone else who wants to meet me!
so since you quit posting on the forum, you're automatically working for the writers. And I read someones post that you just switched to a different profile since they were on to you :)

Perhaps this sounds strange to you, old horse, but it feels like longer than even a year to me! Anyhow, hope you're well - you still in charge of a cadre of mexicans? I've switched to clothing retail and am applying to get back into university here in Freiburg.
PQ days were certainly a wild, memorable time. I don't think I've ever been so devoted to a program. It had an eerie way of sucking you in. Coach Z forever.
