In 1990, Steve Winter set out on a journey with a few friends that would lead to a short 15-minute film. Matchstick Productions, while known best for ski action, has progressed into shooting and producing a high-definition TV series, ski movie, mountain bike film, commercials, corporate videos, and is one of the leading production companies providing stock footage for commercials worldwide.

All my friend here in Iowa can't appriciate my thrill of winning a spot at the U.S.National Freestyle Championships @ Deer Valley in March. So I was hoping you would be happy with me. It's not often a farm boy gets to rub elbows with big boys.
