Mate Power, Latino-Ska
Mate Power is a band with a repertoire from Ska over Rocksteady, Reggae, Cumbia to Cuartetazo. Our music is a mixture of various ideas and cultures. Our lyrics show the reality in South America and in Europe for the “Extranjeros Ilegales and Legales”. It is our style to deliver serious stories with a cheerful music. Mate Power is a band with an international focus and shows almost anywhere in GERMANY and in AUSTRIA. They gathered extensive stage experience through TWO TOURS IN JAPAN, further two albums, “Ska Frankfurtenio 2006” and Capitanes del Ritmo 2008”, were published by the own Label Mate Power Records.
At a show of Mate Power, you will get a mixture of colors, structures and rhythms – let your fantasy do the rest!

Unsere Musik ist daher eine Mischung aus unterschiedlichen Ideen und Kulturen.Unsere Texte zeigen die Realität in Südamerika und in Europa für die“Extranjeros Ilegales und Legales“. Es ist unsere Art, ernste Geschichten mit einer fröhlichen Musik rüberzubringen. Mate Power ist eine Band mit internationaler Ausrichtung und Shows fast überall in Deutschland, in Österreich. Durch zwei Tourneen in Japan hat die Band solide Bühnenerfahrung, des Weiteren wurden vom eigenen Label Mate Power Records bereits zwei CDs, "Ska Franfurtenio 2006" und " Capitanes del Ritmo 2008", veröffentlicht.Das Ganze nicht vornehm und zurückhaltend, sondern voll auf die Ohren in das Tanzbein. Wer da nicht tanzt ist selbst schuld!
