hey I'm thinking bout doing the Chippewa Tri -- ever do that one? It's up around Pike Bay (cass lake) -- 14 mile canoe, 29 mtn bike in mud and sugar sand, and 7 mile run. I may bail out at the last minute, but I've put aside my ben and jerry's and picked up my runnin shoes! thinking of you out in the woods...

hey, thanks, man. it has been a satisfactory day indeed. nothing spectacular, but filled with enough to leave me with a warm and comfortable enough feeling inside. i'd compare it to a mug of hot chocolate for my soul, after it's had time to cool down a little bit so it doesn't burn my soul's metaphorical taste buds... and a coaster should probably be used too.
