Mattae O Ryeleah is an Australian poet living in Adelaide. Collaborating with musician Dave Astaire to bring you a fresh unique spin on the delivery of lyrical content in music.
Please allow for minor glitches on some delivery of words as all vocals were done in one take. This is just a demo recording.
I am passionate about music & have an awesome record collection. Yes I'm talking vinyls!!!Some are listed in my influences, which are too many to mention. I've been known to buy an album based solely on the cover or a album title like 'The devil may care' even if I have never heard of the artist, who knows you might be amongst my collection.
Unfortunately I dont have access to my own computer, so if it takes a while to get back to you this is why. Please be patient I love you all
Be
The times that I've been down,
I'm lucky to be around,
then I really went to high,
never kept my feet on the ground,
and will the world ever cease to spin me out,
where is that plateau,
where I can just be,
is it by myself,
or,
with company........
Thanks mate :) Great to be on GTN with you. I'm liking Rock. Really cool synth with the vox there. Heard much Saul Williams, Atomic Mushroom or Buckethead? Reminds me of all of them yet Australian. It's really cool. Jonno - Burning Ernie
Thanks so much Mattae! We really aren't a classical metal band, but just wanted to have a cool classical intro to a heavy metal song...we really like to utilize the "element of surprise" in our music.
