My name is Matt Blackie and I am a musician based in Toronto. I get most of my work on drums/percussion but also work as a songwriter and producer. I have played and toured with such acts as THE STRIP, MR. MORNINGSTAR, PAUL REDDICK, THE PARKAS, HEARD MENTALITY, and most recently; SARAH BURTON, CINDY DOIRE, and the ORY NOMAN TOO.
Drawing from a huge range of influences and experience, I try to infuse musical maturity balanced with a sense of fun into any project I am involved in. Let me know if I can ever be of any musical assistance.
