Matt Campbell is a singer/songwriter steeped in the traditions of the American troubador. From the concrete of New York City to the rolling mountain valleys of his native Colorado, Campbell is constantly moving forward, attempting to marry his ideals with his reality. With the release of "In the Town/The Other Side of Town," a twin EP set, Campbell has placed himself in the heart of the American underground. Backed by His Bottom Line Band or solo, Campbell speaks to the hopes, fears, love, loss, failure and redemption of living. His second release, "Out Amongst the Shadows," was named one of the best local albums of 2006 by the Rocky Mountain Chronicle.
