All things Cockburn.
MATTY'S LOVES DINO, AND SO DO I. YOU SHOULD TOO. HOW COULD YOU NOT? WATCH THIS CLIP. MATTY HAS THE SAME EFFECT ON WOMEN AS DEAN DID! IT'S AMAZING TO WITNESS.
Music
Matt Cockburn has a small catalog of songs he wrote. He is looking to sell them since he no longer holds the dream of performing. "I want to sell some of them, the prettier, sappy ones, to pretty, sappy, acts, like, I dunno, Justin Timberlake, or something. Then I have some other that I think Chicago could have done in the 70s. I'm all over."
I used to go to his rehearsals and became quite a fan of some of his songs. I'm not a musician, but I used to compare him to Billy Joel. He says he's not tat good anymore, but the music is there to speak for itself.
If you or someone you know produces music, you should contact the Matt Cockburn Fan Club and one of us here will put you in touch.

Matty is in the early early stages of producing a movie he wrote years ago. These are SOME of the clips he made for the actors to study. The first one is a little slow. Remember, it is bogged down with details because it's designed to be informative to actor, not for public consumption.

THIS IS the trailer for "A Kitty Story". There's a bad edit in it that Matt assures me will be fixed some time soon. There's is also a typo in the titles at the end.
When Matt was 15, he rounded his friends up and made a feature-length parody, like Mel Brooks, of Oliver Stone's goofy film "The Doors". It's called the Whores. Here's teh first few minutes.

MORE WHORES CLIPS TO COME.....
Television
Matty recently fell into a job as a Production Assistant on the new show "Mysterious Journeys". He also had a whole recreation-scene to himself. He tells us here at the Matt Cockburn Fan Club that that experience "gave me 'the bug' again." He says he was treatednicely and not like "some peon". Apparently, he was allowed to frame some shots and operate the jib. That relieved him because he was afraid he would be used to "fetch coffee" while he knew he could do much more.

Matt Cockburn's parents for having and raising him. Matt Cockburn because not only can he sing, write music, write, play the piano, act, direct, produce and charm the pants off of women (I envy that one the most), he can also do these.....
About me: ..
Hi! I am Patrick Floyd Rex, but most just call me Pat. Pat Rex. I am starting this page to pay homage to someone who I think is going to be a big star one day. His name is Matt Cockburn. From time to time, I will post pics, clips and some statements from the man himself, Matt Cockburn. Plus any updates that I think you should know about the man, the myth, the legend and the enigma.
Just a quick bio about Mr. Cockburn. He was born in June of 1978. That day will prove to have forever changed the world although on a long delay. Matt started making home movies in 7th grade. In 8th grade he taught himself piano and soon became a well praised keyboardist in the local band scene. In high school, he met up with a group of guys who saw his utter talent and genius and latched on to him in hopes he would take them places. They made their own radio talk show called Matt and Chicken. Over a six month period, at the age of 16, they made a feature length parody of Oliver Stone's the Doors, entitled "the Whores". (Now available on DVD)
Matt wasted his time in college thinking that his talents were just hobbies that needed to be closeted. But soon, he found that college was way beneath his brilliant mind. "So, I graduated myself," he said in a rare interview.
After college he produced, co-wrote, co-directed and starred in "A Kitty Story". This one was a parody of TLC's "A Baby Story". In "A Kitty..." he gave us one of cinema's most memorable and hilarious, yet complex characters, Marc Kelly.
Now, Matt is an entrepreneur and plays the villain in Zeroinside's future release "Subject 87". It wasn't until I saw the trailer for this film that I realized what magnitude of a talent we are dealing with here. He was always a natural at comedic acting. But here, we see his range is almost as boundless as his hypocrisy.
I encourage you to explore the talents of Mr. Cockburn. His music, his writing, his acting... his mind! And ladies, he's one of the 50 ways to leave your lover. Never forget that.
Who I'd like to meet: Matt Cockburn (again)
THE INCOMPARABLE MATT COCKBURN PLAYING "SAM" IN THIS CLIP THAT PREMIERED ON THE TRAVEL CHANNEL ON OCT 5 2007.
HOORAY! Here's a long-awaited clip from Subject 87. In this scene, Matty's character, Keaton, is torturing one of his "subjects" by causing an electronic implant in her brain to force her to remember things from her past. Look at how wonderful his expressions are!

As a fan club member I'd love to know why Matty wouldn't be available at 2 in the morning when I drunk dial him and want to wail about something. Isn't this what dues are for?
i accidentally sold my copy of the very rare "Matt & Chicken Live" for $5 at a garage sale. the purchaser should count themslves lucky for being able to acquire such a rare masterpeice at that low a price.
Hey Patrick Fraud Rex, how are you? I like the slide show. Too bad you used all the good pics I had cuz I made one for my page, but it is much shorter. I hate you
Matt
Pat,
1) am I the only idiot that posts comments on here anymore? 2) Love the addition of Big Bang Baby. Not only is it my favorite STP song, but it's also my theme song and fave song to make love to.... I mean, plow a chick to. 3) Read the interview. Ah, my sweet Ariana Jollee. I forgot we talked about her. After the girl that was in bed with me when you called left, I put on one of Ariana's movies while we talked. I had to see what a real woman fucked like.
Alright, Patty Boy. I hope the lip and bruises are healing nicely.
Pat,
Just read your bulletin, or Brian's bulletin, I should say. What the hell happened? I knew this would happen sooner or later. Remember, pal of mine, "a big mouth don't make a big man." That was from "the Cowboys", one of our fave Duke movies as kids. Learn the lessons of the Duke. I'll call you.
Matt
Pat,
Just got back from Jersey. Um, the email I ent you regarding the reunion was supposed to be a prep for you so you would know what to ask me. It wasn't in lieu of an interview. "In lieu" means instead of... or in the place of.
Matt
Patrick,
I went to the unofficial reunion yetserday. I had fun, drnk way too much and found out that everyone hated me all along. Call me so we can talk about it and you can have something to post.
C-burn
Well, Pat, I would like to pass my thanks along to all those who did not send cards or anything after my heart attack. That's very kind of you. Good to see who cares.
Also, I would like to let everyone know that I might, MIGHT, have a part in a new Civil War movie which already has Mel Gibson slated to star in it. My part would be a minor speaking part. Two or three scenes with lines and a total of 8 appearances on screen, at least according to the script.
