Dirtbike racing, powered paragliding, airplanes, mountain biking, road biking, bug zappers, RC airplanes, duck hunting, wild boar hunting, camping, trucks, shooting junk, Burger King etc. Below is a slide show of my school bus project. It's a 1993 International Carpenter bus. I purchased it from the Norman, Oklahoma school district for $2,000. It has a 7.3L International diesel motor and it runs great. No leaks. I weighed the bus before I gutted the interior and it was over 17,000 pounds. I weighed the seats after I had them removed and they were just under 1,000 pounds. I have big plans for this bus. I'm going to have a bedroom in the back with a king size bed. Forward of that on the right side, I'm going to have two bunks. On the left side, I am going to have a storage closet over the wheel well, and a bathroom forward of that with a shower and toilet. In front of the bunks, I'm going to have an entertainment center and a big couch. Across from that, I'm going to have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and sink. I am mounting 95 gallon water tanks under the bus. I am going to have a 13,500 btu air conditioner, a propane furnace, 10 gallon hot water tank, and electrically heated floors. I'm installing wood flooring up front, and carpet in the back where the bedrooms are. The bus will have 30 amp electrical service and a big four cell 12 volt battery bank. On the outside, I have the bus pretty much done. You can see in the pictures. I am going to remove the flashing school bus lights and install some offroad lights instead. I am going to have a propane flame thrower on the roof. On the back, I am going to build a deck on the roof. I am also going to install a trailer hitch so I can tow my truck or a trailer. I'm going to convert the diesel engine to run off of used vegetable oil so I can drive around for almost free! I hope to have it ready to camp in by spring time.Music

About me:
Well, I was born and raised in the Oklahoma City area. I joined the Air Force in 1997 and am still serving. I'm a flight engineer on the E-3 AWACS, but I started out as a heavy aircraft mechanic. I married my crazy wife Lisa in 1998. We have two kids. Matthew who was born in 1998 and Erica who was born in September. We also lived in New Jersey for a few years when I was stationed there. My wife would tell you that I have way too many hobbies that I actively participate in. Powered Paragliding, dirtbike racing, camping, RC Airplanes, duck hunting, and my latest hobby... wild boar hunting. I am also converting a 1993 school bus into an RV. I love the outdoors and taking road trips even though we don't take enough. I've been to several different colleges and finally graduated from Southern Nazarene in 2005. ..You should create your own MySpace Layouts like me by using nUCLEArcENTURy.COM's MySpace Profile Editor!..Who I'd like to meet:

praytell, are any of these trips work-related?
it's got a cleaner, less junky format than myspace. and a lot less spammers. and it's a much better stalking tool. but if none of your friends are on it, then it may be useless.
are you in the good ol' U.S. of A?
when are you going to convert to facebook?
I remember that FE panel. It's been a few years though.
