Biography
Matthew Adams was born in 1984 in Bielefeld, Germany. Since the age of 13, Matthew developed a huge interest in all kinds of arts, particulary in music and graphics. He soon took 3 years of guitar lessons while acquiring the basics of music at the same time. Just a year later, at an age of just 13 years Matthew started buying his first pieces of DJ Equipment. But since his ambitions in composing music kept growing on him, it was only a matter of time until he started investing in studio equipment.
In 2004 his first tracks appeared on Anjunabeats and MPFS Recordings, as well as on various compilations by e.g. Ferry Corsten. However, at the end of 2004 Matthew no longer felt the same passion for the kind of music that he always thought he would. After a longer break he noticed that his interest in music changed to mainly progressive house along with various other styles of electronic AND rock music.
His expertise and experience in dance music production and engineering are evident in his early forays into progressive house. When not producing electronic dance music, Matthew is also delving into the world of experimental and ambient music, as well as producing and recording various rockbands.
After a busy year 2007 Matthew has broken up with “genres” focussing on making music with influences from different genres of electronic music.
Apart from making music and being on the road, Matthew is studying "Media-Computer Science and Design" at the University of Bielefeld.
