Generally interested in the human experience and equally interested in the experience of everything else in existence.
As an optimist I trust this is the best of all possible worlds; still there is no doubt it can be improved for many more people - easily.
Especially into theories to make the world a better place for more people, restore balance to our systems and develop new models based on total and cumulative knowledge.
I truly believe in peace, law, personal sovereignty and justice.

Movies
I rather cut film than watch movies and have been on several projects, voiced a documentary, and commercials and have a remarkable set etiquette.

Television
TV is a drag from most angles. I've a strong aversion to places that rely on TV for ambiance.
I encourage you to recycle your tube.
Radio is a different matter. I'm often dialed into CKUA, CJSW or the SRC.
My FM experience was certainly rock and roll. In one episode I became the radio.

Books are super great, literacy is vital to understanding the universe. All roads, everywhere on earth should lead to a library.

Heroes
People who live passionately, people who struggle but make it with perseverance. People just like you who say something when the time comes, who stand up for the good they believe in and...

The Dalai Lama,
All our friends, even the people we didn't yet get to meet.
People I thought I'd never make it without.
People who thought they'd never make it without me.
All of you are heroes!
I am Matthew Dupuis, Canadian artist. Welcome to my page. There is no need to login, visitors can access everything here.
Photography is equal parts space and time. I capture light in such a way that take viewers to a place they might remember and thus think "oh yeah, like that, in fact -thats more than I remember"
For those who sees my images as stand alone events, the photograph can take the place of a thousand misunderstandings.
Photography is central to my work as an artist though I regularly extend well beyond the lens. I work in many mediums - traditional, and digital, in a multitude of capacities.
Concept, layout and design, project management, and group facilitation are all within my scope of practice.
I am available for assignment/hire.

Who I'd like to meet: I'm a bit shy, and not much for small talk. Being a rare variety of solar sponge listening is what I do best. Potentially I'd be into meeting you and other children of the universe, like over tea and cake maybe.
