Here's the abridged version of my life. I was born in Humboldt
County, CA in 1979 which is where I lived until I graduated from Humboldt State University with a percussion degree 2001. In June of 2001, I moved to New Orleans
to study music at the University of New Orleans. I spent my time
there gigging several nights a week, going to school working at the Green Project, and generally
loving the city. After Katrina, I ended up briefly in California,
then out to the Midwest, where I was bouncing around between tours with old friends and a new home in Lincoln City, Indiana where my beautiful wife, Samantha, works. Samantha and I are the proud parents of a baby girl named Aiko.
matt, miss you much bro! Let me know when you are out on the west coast again. I'm almost ready to forgive you now for tradin' that champagne sparkle kit to Novotney. But its only cuz he promised me the next vintage kit he sells.
