Hey, you've found my Myspace! I'm the youth pastor at Boothbay Baptist Church. I have a wonderful wife Heather, and three boys between the ages of one and five! Check out the video below - it's from the February 2007 snowcamp! It was crazy! I think we got some of our best footage yet!
Well, as of December, 2006, season three of Biggest Loser has ended! I came in second place for the at home contestants; during the eight months of the competition I lost 176 pounds! It was a tremendous experience for me - changed my life on many levels. The video below is a piece put together by a Maine news show that summed up my eight month transformation.

Hey Matt!!! So I'm gonna start that book as soon as I get over this dang sinus infection. I am raring to go! I also just got Bob's new book. Have you read that yet? Any advice for getting started and dealing with the aches and pains?! :-)

Hi Matt! My biggest problem is getting that workout in in the mornings...How on earth did you get in the habit of 5:30am workouts? I need coffee just thinking about it...:-) Also, what was your typical dinner/supper like? They mention fish alot in the book. I need other options, unless Catfish counts....:-) Have a great week!!!
Congratulations to you both, I can't believe Heather and I are due so close together! I am due July 15 and we had the ultrasound almost two weeks ago and my last is a girl (after three boys and two of my three stepkids are boys!) so it was a major surprise. I am kind of freaked out about having a girl in a way, there seems to be more to worry about but maybe because I have been there, done that... know what I mean? Anyway, major congratulations on the newest arrival. Do you have a name?

Hey Matt, Thanks for the add and comment. I hopefully can almost get to where you did in eight months. Maybe close. After losing my first 100 in exactly 99 days, I told myself I would slow down but that hasn't happened yet. For the first time in my life I love to exercise and eat right. And as long as that love continues, I'll be dropping the pounds. Hope all is well on your end. Take care and God bless. :) Chris
