My bio runs like this….
In 1995 I played bass in a noise/experimental bad called Pellum 123. With Patrick Crump on drums and Ryan Redecki on guitar. After 4 years or more of trying ever so vigilantly to a carve our own niche in that genera , we disbanded, Patrick and Ryan moved to Providence Rhode Island where Patrick ended up starting a band with Steve from Arab on Radar called Athletic Automaton
. After a couple of years of musical exploration as well as putting together a now defunct electronic down tempo label with Dedric Moore ( of Monta at Odds ) called Crater Technology. I created The Lila Project. A electronic based project originally consisting of myself and Kirsten Paludan ( of Olympic Size ) on vocals. Later both Kyle Dykes and Aaron Sutton ( of Deep Thinkers ) added parts to the project to round it out, creating a soulful and jazzy display of electronica and Hip Hop. A few years later I teamed back up with Kirsten to form the band Bellweather. Bellweather was an interesting mix of shoe gazer rock with Kirsten’s’ soul drenched vocal melodies. With Mark Pepperman ( of The Republic Tigers ) playing bass and Mark Bailey playing drums. After that ended and several years of musical/artistic floundering I wanted to put together this site for this simple idea of putting what I’m doing out there.
Now as i fast forward to the present, putting somthing out there has become a second full time job again. Some of these songs were the basis for a band im working in right now called Box the Compass also myself and on again off again writing partner Kirsten have reformed The Lila Project. On top of all of that im still writing solo material that will be played live from time to time, and taking lots and lots of photos... Check them out if you get a chance.
