THE EXORCIST the greatest romantic comedy of all time. HEART OF DARKNESS and APOCALYPSE NOW are up there as well. Some art films ala Lydi Lunch. David Lynch is fairly happening at times. And ROB ZOMBIE is becoming a heart warming favorite of mine in the horror category. Of course the ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW is eternally cool just because it got me laid so many times.
Television
The t.v. sucks with the possible exception of Seattle public access cable. And adult swim of course. And pro-football.
Books
Frank Herbert!!!! Also Vonnegut and possibly myself. Suppose I should put Pearl Buck and Santideva in there as well if you dont mind some really dry reading.
Heroes
Brett Favre and possibly myself. No just Brett Favre, I actually think I probably hate (love and hate are the same I guess, kind of like sex and violence are two sides of the same coin)myself so just Farve. And Dr. Albert Hoffman I suppose as well. Maybe Bertrand Russell.
And of course all the thousands (millions?) of people who quietly live their lives while trying to better humanity. These unheard of heroes should all make us feel like crap and try to be better people.
