Hello,
I'm Matthew Stubstad, nice to meet you!
I am 22 years old, I grew up in Encinitas, CA and a few years ago I moved to Los Angeles to go to the film school. I am now in my last year at the USC School of Cinematic Arts (FIGHT ON!).
I am a film director who specializes in music videos and commercials. My reel can be seen on any of my websites. Currently I have 3 music videos in pre-production and 1 in production.
Besides directing I also produce films. At age 21 I produced the low-budget feature film "Happy Holidays" which has received distribution through and will soon be available on Netflix and iTunes. I am currently producing my second feature film with SPIF Productions, this project is called True Perfection.

this sunday, june 21st at the ruby room in hillcrest. (on university).
we are the first of 4 or 5 bands and we go on FIRST right at 9pm SHARP!
we have a new sound that i like to call beat pop. which is sort of a mixture between punk and having a lot of fun

Hello My Dear Friends!
Sorry I haven't been in touch for so long, but over the winter I had major abdominal surgery, and though recovery has been slow, it has been steady and I'm starting finally to feel like my old self again. For surviving my wife bought me a new Stratocaster that I hope to include on some new songs in the very near future. I hope all is well with you and that 2009 is bringing BIG things your way. I just wanted to stop by and say I'm still alive ....literally!
