Heroes
Diane Arbus and all other photographer who have shown the world a little something different. Photographers I have worked with..... and of course my amazing family.
About me: I was born and raised outside of Seattle and was taking pictures from a very early age. Being a photographer was never a professional goal of mine but stumbled across it in college. I ended up working for the local paper and eventually moved to DC for an internship with the Washingtonian magazine almost 10 years ago. After a few months they quickly put me on staff full time. Since then I have held a few photography editor positions and currently I'm their Chief Photographer.
Along with my work for the Washingtonian I also can be hired to do freelance work throughout the country for various photographic needs.
In my off time you can find me exercising, traveling to new places, and practicing my new love for scuba diving. I hope to start diving on the California coast and eventually I have plans of moving there for the mountains, deserts, waters, and my family.
I'm dying to photograph and underwater portrait shot. If you have one, or can find a need, please contact me along with any other photographic needs you might have.
