About me: I like MySpace just fine, but it's not my fave. I pretty much just use this to locate and communicate with old friends and former students from my days as a youth minister and as chaplain for Greater Atlanta Christian School (1995-2003). Check out my Facebook -- that's my preferred online social network.
Check out pictures of our family in the photo section. Lela & I celebrated our 21st anniversary this past August, and we have three kids, Isaac, Seth and Annie.
I consider myself a Red Letter Christian. Click the link for more information on that!
Who I'd like to meet: Old friends and former students and colleagues
It was good to keep Nick out of Miami. He has done enough to my Miami Dolphins.Don't get me wrong I am glad to see Nick bringing back the Tide pride.
Still Alabama had a great year and proved alot of people wrong. I am proud it is back to the way it was in the 90's. I sure miss you and your family. May God bless and know we love you,
Thanks for the "cheese and onions" song and the LINK...WHO KNEW??? All these years I thought it was a "Beatles" thang. Anyway it was just one of those random things...someone was eating cheese and onions at youth camp last week (you'd think I'd be old enough to done with all that by now) so yeah...I just sort of burst into song...but had to stop at.....dadaduh machine...hmmm hmmm hmmm hmmm...of course everyone was cracking up...so yeah I was glad to hear that you came thru.....THANKS! Hope you and yours are all well and good :)
I may have to go to the earlier service in order to get my kids to a sitter and get to work on time from now on but I do want to get involved in a class as well...ARE THERE ANY GOOD ONES? I did notice when you saw me, it made my day! Thank you!!!
It sure was me that you saw Sunday morning and I hope that you start seeing me a lot more. I wanted to stick around and say hello, but I work 7 days a week so I had to book it out of there...do you do the 8:30am service too?
Hey Matt & Lela! How is your family doing these days? I pray that you had a nice Easter. Miss the both of you very much. When are you coming back down to Pensacola? Have a great weekend! ~Nicole (aka Nickee)
I have no idea how I got away with saying that stuff about GAC. Even the Harding comment! It seems they were much more open to satire than I remember! I have easily gained 70 lbs since that was made-
Matt~ thanks for the compliments on my girls. We miss you & Lela and love you all too. Many wishes for a beautiful and safe Christmas, and a happy new year. Merry Christmas!
Hey! As soon as I get them off my camera, I will. I'm detoxing from planning the event right now! :-) We missed you (and all the teachers). I was VERY heartbroken that NO TEACHERS came to our reception at the school - esp. when Brett's class of '95 had such a good turn out! That's what made his Friday night event so much fun.
Hey Mr. Elliott. I wanted to invite you the "Class of '97 Reception" this Friday, Oct. 5 at GACS in the Fine Arts Building Lobby starting at 5:30 p.m. and going until the start of the home football game. You were so special to our class. I hope you can make it! Let me know if you need more details.
It's so nice to find folks on here who are older than I. Great to see you ...except you look a little weird.lol Somethings never change. When Jeffery told me you were on here I was like...wow 2 older people...Now where's Richard? We gotsta get him on here too! I can't believe you've been married for 20 years and ya have 3 kids!!!! What a wonderful life. I'm still single ...yet loving every minute of it... and though I have no children of my own, I have a host of teenagers to love to tease me and call me mom. lol God is so good...I won't ever complain! Love ya! Please stay in touch. :)
I don't think you are too old for this!!! You are doing exactly what it is meant for, contacting old friends or acquaitances...most of these people you have touched their life in some way and helped shaped who they are today!!!
Yes, I am engaged. It just happened a couple of weeks ago. We are getting married in Atlanta on January 12th of next year. Hope all is well and save the date!
