   About Matt Ramsey
Buchanan, Virginia is my home town. It is pronounced "buck-han-nun." Obviously, it is a really small town and its where I spent the first 18 years of my life. Long-haired, kicking and screaming to get the hell out. When I was 14 I found love in a beat up Yamaha acoustic guitar that had been collecting dust in my closet. I've been writing songs and playing in bands ever since. One thing led to another and I ended up in Nashville. Now I some how landed a gig where they pay me to write songs. I'd be doing it anyway..but they give me money now. So I'm just grinding away trying to make the best music I possibly can, and I'm having a blast. iLike Matt Ramsey (Nashville, TN)
