Matt Redman is married to Beth and they have four children; Maisey, Noah, Rocco and Jackson. Based in Atlanta they are part of a team starting ‘Passion City Church’ with pastors Louie and Shelley Giglio. This is the third church plant Matt has been involved with, having previously been on the team for Soul Survivor,Watford, and The Point in the UK. Says Matt, “We are so grateful to be at Passion City Church right from day one – it’s going to an amazing adventure. We’ve been part of the Passion team for several years now – and have so enjoyed journeying with Louie, Shelley, Chris and all the guys. The thought of planting a local church together is massively exciting.”
Co-writers on the new album include Beth Redman, Chris Tomlin, Jonas Myrin and Matt Maher. In these new songs perhaps the most prominent theme is the faithfulness of God. Says Matt, “I’ve been trying to write songs of ‘stability’ – truths that we need to sing about in times of uncertainty. Life can seem very shaky – and recently there’s been this big economic downturn, which has added to the stress of so many people’s everyday lives. But we worship a God who is unshakeable. Everything else may change, but He remains the same. He is steadfast and certain. When all around is sinking sand, He is the solid ground we can stand upon.”

I just bought your new album on itunes, sounds really good and the lyrics are solid. God bless and stay firmly rooted in the unchanging truths of His Word!
May your day be filled with love, joy, laughter and happiness. Praise our Lord and Savior for the many blessings we all have...even during difficult times we never stand alone.
Oftentimes God demonstrates His faithfulness in adversity by providing for us what we need to survive. He does not change our painful circumstances. He sustains us through them.
Thanks for the add-on. And for your inspired music - "Heart of Worship" still touches me and brings me to "that special place" of worship. Thank you. May God bless you.
I LISTEN TO YOU ALL THE TIME. I LOVE YOUR SONGS; THEY ENCOURAGE ME EVERYDAY TO LIFT THE NAME OF THE LORD ON HIGH!! THANK YOU FOR THE ADD. GOD BLESS YOU!
"But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. O my Strength, I sing praise to you; you, O God, are my fortress, my loving God." ~ Psalm 59:16&17
A friend hears the song in my heart and sings it to me when my memory fails. God Bless you my friend… Janis
Father, I praise you for your holiness, majesty, and power. I thank you for your loving grace. I am humbled by your sacrificial love that has saved me. But today, dear Father, I thank you most of all for your Holy Spirit, who lives in me, who empowers me, who cleanses me, who comforts me, and who makes your fatherhood accessible and real to me. Thank you, in the name of Jesus, from the bottom of my heart! Amen
May your day be filled with love and blessings. Do not allow for discouragement for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
