“Falls” is a New York City based band that is driven by the compositions of its bassist and founder, Matt Wigton. The band is devoted to the development of pure creative music that strives to relate and share with all willing to listen. “Falls” has been influenced by many styles of music throughout the world but it is the spirit of 80's pop music, the depth of film music, the rich melodies of the romantic period, the extremely unique sound of NYC’s modern jazz groups, and the care-free attitude of the indie-rock scene that lend constant ignitions to the ever changing idea that is “Falls.”
