Matute Join..s nace en Septiembre del 2001. Su objetivo: expresar toda su energía, rabia y descontento hacia el sistema, por medio de la música. La temática de sus letras abarcan desde experiencias adquiridas en la universidad de la kalle, hasta las injusticias sociales, producto de aquellos que dicen representarnos. La banda, si bien esta formada por cinco amigos que se paran en cualquier escenario, también están aquell@s incondicionales que siempre aperran en la difícil tarea de la autogestión . Aguante Barnechea Punk Rock. En sus comienzos comparten escenario con bandas como Anarquía, Skuad, BBS Paranoicos, Machuca, Rencor, B.S.D, Calibre 38, N.T.N,fiskales ad hok entre otras. Hoy los puedes ver y escuchar con un sonido mas potente y comprometido con las ideas que dieron origen a la banda, siempre del lado de la trinchera del Punk Rock Kombativo.
