I asked so much of you take me to the top just wanted to win that big cup.
You never complained always stood true when the blue ribbons came they where never for you.
You never asked anything from me just maybe an apple and shade under the old tree.
Old saddle new saddle you didnt care you where just so happy to be standing there.
I always asked and wanted more with all your love you gave me so much more.
Now that all the wins are just a memory there you sand still true to me.
With the electric fence that bit us both there you stood still standing close.
The look on your face is still in my mind. I can hear you say that dumb girl of mine.
That was my fault that we both got lit up still you let me get right back up.
Keep trying I can hear you say you would never let me give up.
As I stand here holding on to you I hear the vet say its time to set you free.
Now its my turn to be the best friend that I can be and set you free.
Now your gone and here I stand me holding your rope as tight as I can.
I drop to my knees and Pray OH GOD OH GOD please just let this little white pony be free, for he has been the best friend a pony could ever be.
I can hear you say please dont cry for me! For I have done my job to be the best pony there could be.
Through all the tears your life will live on in all us kids you helped to become so strong.
I never knew how hard it would be to set you free. For now I can dream of you because you have been such a dream to me.
Hey everyone well i would like to start by THANKING everyone that has helped me so much to get here. DAVID JAMES for all your help with the best song (SWEET LITTLE PONY OF MINE ) and for making my dream come true.
my big Brothers Dayton Eitner, Shelby Horner, Kevin Nixa, you guys are the BEST ever thanks for always being there for me and helping out with what ever i ask and you know i'll keep asking thats what little sisters are for.and for taking me around at Nashville i will always remember that weekend. I couldn't ask for better. And for always telling me i sound good even though i know i sounded bad because thats what big brothers are for...LOL....It's nice to know i always have someone to talk to.....
Traci Kennedy for always keeping me going you always know what to say to keep me writing I dont think you really know how much you have helped me out from Day one. Aaron Kelly thanks for being such a great friend I hope to be standing up on stage with you someday.
And my MOM for standing by my side all the way teaching me and keeping me strong couldn't ask for more. My Dad for putting up with me and keeping me safe. And to my Grandma Orre who just passed way I will keep OUR Dream alive and i will stay strong and true to myself just like you said.
