About Maubus

Maubus first set out to create "music that matters" in 2005. The band’s blend of musical influences and experience has made way for a deep and distinguishable sound. Maubus employs a wide range of emotion and technicality backed with a powerful and captivating stage presence. Maubus has more than 30 original songs and will soon release its 13-song debut album. The band recently appeared playing live on Herald Standard Television and has played in various Pittsburgh area venues. Members of the band have opened for national acts in the Pittsburgh area and won the 2003 Battle of the Bands at Club Laga in city’s Oakland section. Maubus is seeking representation, booking and touring opportunities.
