About me:
I’m a filmmaker and a film addict. I started writing and directing short films at the age of 16.
My latest shorts, Recessed and Complex(e)/Modèl(e) were showcased part of the Short Film Corner at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival and the 2008 edition of the Wreck-Beach Film Festival.
My other works that screened in festivals include: Perceive (2004 YoungCuts Film Festival), Spirits (2002 International Teen Movie Festival), Finding Hope (2001 International Teen Movie Festival) and Mirage (selected for the 2004 edition of the Jeunes Cinéastes contest, winning the prize for Best Original Music).
I worked on over 15 short films and video projects, including 12 as a director, and was hired as a director of photography on the independent feature film, C.F.A.L. – Chance for Another Life, directed by Marc-Antoine Desjardins.
I'm currently in post-production for J'te veux, moi non plus (my first fully francophone film) and The Portrait.
My current project is a short film titled Reflection, slated for production in September, which will be part of Matthew Saliba’s Frankenstein Unlimited anthology-feature film.
I’m also a photographer and I enjoy working on both commercial and fine arts type projects.
If that wasn’t enough, I also write and I’m currently working on a book project that I hope to one day publish. In my free time, I enjoy acting and performing on stage. I was part of Isabelle Stephen’s play Infection presented as part of the 2008 Fantasia Film Festival and I can be seen in various burlesque/vaudeville-type performances.
